BRUSSELS:- Kamal Panthi has been unanimously elected as the president of the Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) Belgium.

The 18th Annual General Meeting of the National Coordination Council of the Non-Resident Nepali Association,(NRNA) Belgium, unanimously elected Kamal Panthi as the president for the 2025-27 term.

Newly elected President Panthi’s Nepal home is Resunga Municipality Ward No. 9, Upper Tamghas, Gulmi, and he has been doing business in Belgium for a long time.

The unanimously elected executive committee includes Sabitra Giri as ICC member, Rajendra Karki as vice-president, Sanjay Shrestha Devu as vice-president, Kumar Joshi as vice-president, Robin Pandit as vice-president, Surya Guruga as vice-president (tribals), and Saraswati Subedi as vice-president (women).

Similarly, Kshitij Bhattarai has been elected as Vice President (Youth) and Ramesh Dahal as General Secretary.

In other positions, Dr. Raju Srivastava has been elected as Deputy General Secretary, Rajan Danai as Secretary, Buddha Adhikari as Secretary, Benju Upreti as Secretary (Women), Sabin Neupan as Treasurer, Dibas Dhakal as Youth Coordinator, and Sumitra Ghimire Pandey as Women Coordinator.

Sita Dahal, Radhika Shrestha Adhikari, Ramesh Raj Lamichhane, Raju Ghimire, Bishnu Sapkota have been elected as members, and Kamal Sapkota, Rajendra Ghimire, Subash Tamagan, Achyut Poudel, Sagar Bista and Anju Thakuri have been elected as regional coordinators.

The general meeting was attended by Nepali Ambassador Sewa Lamsal as the chief guest of honor, and guests included NRNA Belgium founding president Rabindra Man Shrestha, Former president of NRNA Belgium Lok Dahal, Former president Gangadhar Gautam, and others.
