Prakash Bista elected RSP  Sudurpaschim Province President

DHANGADHI:-  Prakash Bista has been elected as the Sudurpaschim Province President of the Rastriya Swatantra Party, (RSP). According to the election committee, Bista, who was elected as the Province President, received 338 votes. His competitor Janak Singh Dhami received 154 votes.

Earlier, Bista was the chairman of the Rastriya Swatantra Party, (RSP) Provincial Ad-hoc Committee. Dhami is an elected member of the House of Representatives from Kanchanpur 1.

The RSP has stated that to be elected as the chairman, one needs to get 51 percent of the total votes cast. The selection of office bearers other than the chairman will be done in the second phase. Elections were held for 31 member posts including the chairman.
