DUBAI:- Nepali taekwondo coach and international referee Netra Bahadur Gharti Magar has been awarded a certificate of honor by the UAE Taekwondo Federation in recognition of his outstanding contribution as a referee in the 2025-2026 Taekwondo Championship.
The certificate of appreciation issued by the Board of Directors of the UAE Taekwondo Federation states that Gharti Magar’s important, distinguished and exemplary work as a referee in various Taekwondo competitions has played a role in making the federation’s programs and competitions successful.
Gharti Magar, who is constantly active in the field of taekwondo, arrived in the UAE in 2011 for employment. Initially, he worked as a security guard. Due to his passion for the sport and tireless hard work, he has been advancing his journey in the field of Taekwondo and has been working as a Taekwondo coach and referee in the UAE since 2016. It is believed that the honor bestowed by the UAE Taekwondo Federation will add more enthusiasm and energy to Gharti Magar’s sporting journey.
