KATHMANDU:- The final voter list for the Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) elections has been published. Chief Election Commissioner Tej Bahadur Karki informed that the final list was made public on Monday for the elections to be held under the association’s 12th general convention starting next Saturday.

Earlier, the association’s presidents Dr. Badri KC and Mahesh Shrestha had sent the integrated voter list to the election committee, including all parties.

The Election Committee has also started the nomination registration process from today.

More than 4,000 representatives have been selected in the election to select the new leadership of the association. They will be able to exercise their voting rights through hybrid (physical and online) means.

Dr. Hemraj Sharma and Robin Sherchan have announced their candidacies for the post of president of the association. However, there is also a growing demand for the formation of a unanimous working committee to convey the message of a broad unity general convention.
