KATHMANDU:- Four people have died in a road accident that took place this evening in Shankharapur Municipality-3 in Kathmandu.

Superintendent of Police Pawan Kumar Bhattarai, spokesperson of the District Police Range, Kathmandu, confirmed that four people have died and 22 others injured.

He said that the bus (Ba 4 Kha 8788) returning from a picnic met with an accident at around 6 pm. A total of 22 people were injured in the accident. They are being treated at various hospitals in Kathmandu.

The bus was reportedly carrying 40 people, who were employees of the ‘Nature Herb’ organization, returning after a picnic, police said. (RSS)
