KATHMANDU:- Most areas of the Tarai region remain blanketed in fog and mist today, as a low-pressure system continues to influence the country’s upper atmosphere, according to the Weather Forecasting Division of the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology.

The Division has forecast mainly fair weather across the country, with fog and mist persisting in several parts of the Tarai throughout the day. Hilly and mountainous regions are expected to experience generally clear conditions.

Tonight, mist is likely to continue in some Tarai areas, while weather in the hilly and mountain regions will remain largely fair.
