KATHMANDU:- President Ramchandra Paudel, in accordance with the Article 76 (1) of the Nepal Constitution, has appointed a member of the House of Representatives, Balendra Shah, as the Prime Minister of Nepal. It is stated in a release issued by the Office of the President.
