KATHMANDU:- Chief of Army Staff (CoAS) Ashokraj Sigdel has appealed to the protesters for a dialogue.

In his video appeal, the CoAS said, “We appeal to the protesting group to halt protest programmes and come forward for dialogue for a peaceful way out to the nation.”

CoAS Sigdel has also expressed sadness over loss of lives and properties in course of demonstration and expressed condolences to the families in grief.
