KATHMANDU:- The Kathmandu Gorkhas is playing against the Lumbini Lions in the match to be played today under the ongoing Nepal Premier League (NPL), a franchise-based Twenty20 cricket tournament.

The Kathmandu Gorkhas under the captainship of Karan KC has played three matches with a win and two defeats so far. The Kathmandu Gorkhas has collected two points and is in the third position.

Likewise, Captain Rohit Poudel is leading the team Lumbini Lions. So far, Lumbini has played three games and has gathered two points from a single victory.  Today’s match is crucial for both teams for the playoff race.

The day-night match is scheduled to start at 4:00 pm at TU International Cricket Ground in Kirtipur and will be played under floodlights, installed for the second season of NPL 2025.(RSS)
