KATHMANDU:- Scott Urbom, the Chargé d’Affaires of the United States of America to Nepal, paid a courtesy call on Minister for Home Affairs Om Prakash Aryal. 

During their meeting today at the Ministry of Home Affairs, they engaged in discussions regarding the current political landscape, upcoming elections, and the support extended by the United States to Nepal.

On the occasion, Minister Aryal emphasized that the government is diligently performing its job to ensure law and order in the run-up to the preparations for the House of Representatives elections scheduled for March 21.

The Charge D’ Affaires noted that the cordial relations between the two nations will persist and are expected to further grow in the future.
