KATHMANDU:- Chairman of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), Rabi Lamichhane,  has been released from the Rupandehi District Court today.

The release follows a Thursday ruling by the Butwal Bench of the Tulsipur High Court, which ordered his release upon the submission of a bail amount equivalent to the claimed embezzled sum.

In accordance with the court order, Lamichhane was presented at the District Court today to complete the necessary legal formalities before being released on bail.
